| RE Bourke now offers custom-milled titanium hybrid bars using the Nobel Biocare Procera® Forte scanner. Procera® implant bars are milled from a single piece of titanium, including the implant cylinders. Procera® bars can thus be a cost-effective alternative to cast gold bars, offering reduced hardware costs and faster turnaround times. |

| After scanning the wax hybrid (with temporary cylinders) the Procera® Forte generates a CAD/CAM file which is transmitted electronically to Nobel's milling center in New Jersey, where the framework is produced then expedited to us. The Procera® Forte currently supports both the Nobel and Straumann implant systems, with the Astra system to follow soon. |

| Scan Only: |
RE Bourke scans your prepared wax-hybrid and returns the finished titanium bar to your laboratory. |
| Consultation & Scan: |
RE Bourke provides consultation regarding hybrid bar design and preparation for scanning, evaluates received cases for potential problems, and makes necessary corrections prior to scanning. |
| Design & Scan: |
RE Bourke designs, waxes-up, and scans the waxed framework. Along with the finished framework we return to you the waxed bar (with temporary cylinders) and a light-cure matrix. If milled-titanium bars are new to you, we suggest this option for your first few cases. |
